If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our support team via email as soon as you notice the package is missing.
We need to get confirmation from the shipper that there was a misdelivery before issuing a refund or replacement.
We suggest that you do not allow couriers to leave packages without a signature unless it can be left in a safe and secure location on your property. Packages that are stolen from your property with authorisation to leave may not be replaceable.
